Professionally, I’ve worked intensely to be as qualified as possible to help you! I've been licensed in real estate for 12 years and as a broker for nine. My degree is in the computer technology field so I do my best keeping up with the newest and latest marketing techniques. I'm involved in our local real estate board as Vice President of the Council of Independent Brokers and Agents and as a committee member of the Realtor / Builder Committee.  I've represented builders so therefore I am very familiar with new home construction and the process of purchasing a newly built home.  Purchasing or selling a home is not only an emotional experience it is also a financial experience, so let my skills help you do the real numbers.
